Illuminated Women is an exclusive workshop that blends introspective mindset work with a full-body workout including self-defense, stretching, and yoga breathing techniques to create an experience that illuminates and empowers women of all ages.
Ka’imi Kuoha, an award-winning female martial artist and CEO of Othentik Gym, and Marisa Donnelly, a renowned writer and founder of Be A Light Collective, are blending their passions to create a female-centered virtual workshop that motivates, strengthens, and provides a safe space for women to break both physical and mental boundaries.
Self-defense training fosters confidence as well as mental and physical agility. Writing and the practice of self-reflection makes way for clarity and purpose. The combination of these two disciplines, although vastly different, are inextricably tied, creating a well-rounded program that empowers women through both movement and rest. This workshop is dedicated to connecting each participant to her own strength of mind, body, and spirit.
